Veteran Disability Rating Support

Your rating should reflect your service — not just your paperwork.

We help veterans build stronger disability claims for initial ratings and increases — organizing medical evidence, shaping personal statements, and breaking down exactly what the rating schedule is looking for.

Not VA accredited — we don't file claims or forms on your behalf. See details below.

Every tier requires different evidence. We help you understand what each one actually demands — and whether your file supports moving up.

Transparency first: Level-Up Ratings is not VA accredited. We do not prepare, submit, or file VA forms, and we do not represent you before the VA. We help you understand and strengthen your case — you or your accredited representative handle the official filing.

What We Do

Support at every stage of your claim

Whether you're filing for the first time or fighting for a higher rating, most claims are won or lost on the strength of the evidence behind them.

01

Initial Rating Strategy

We help you understand what conditions may qualify, what evidence carries weight, and how to approach your first claim with a clear plan instead of guesswork.

02

Rating Increase Support

If your condition has worsened, we help you identify what's changed, what documentation supports it, and how to present that change clearly.

03

Medical Evidence Gathering

We help you identify gaps in your medical record and put together the documentation that actually maps to the rating criteria for your conditions.

04

Personal Statement Guidance

We help you shape a personal statement that speaks directly to how your condition affects daily life and work — in the terms raters are trained to look for.

05

Rating Schedule Breakdown

We translate the 38 CFR rating criteria for your specific conditions into plain language, so you know exactly what standard you're being measured against.

06

Filing Readiness Review

Before you submit — with your accredited rep or on your own — we review your file so nothing obvious is missing or working against you.

How It Works

Three steps to a stronger claim

01

Discovery Call

We talk through your service history, current conditions, and where you are in the claims process.

02

Evidence & Documentation Review

We assess what you have, flag what's missing, and map it against the rating criteria that apply to you.

03

Personalized Action Plan

You leave with a clear, written plan — what to gather, what to write, and what to bring to your accredited rep or the VA.

About Level-Up Ratings

Built for veterans navigating a confusing system

Too many veterans get rated lower than they deserve — not because their case is weak, but because the evidence never got organized in the way the VA is looking for. Level-Up Ratings exists to close that gap.

We work alongside you before you file or appeal, so that whoever ultimately submits your claim — you, or an accredited Veterans Service Organization (VSO) or agent — is working with the strongest possible file.

Accreditation & What That Means

Level-Up Ratings is not accredited by the VA. By law, only VA-accredited attorneys, claims agents, and VSO representatives can charge for or provide representation in filing a claim or completing VA forms.

We operate entirely outside that boundary: education, organization, and preparation — never filing, never representation. We're glad to point you toward an accredited representative for the official submission.
